RATES
Out of Season
Minimum charge is for 1-4 guests
(if it is only 2 people, the minimum charge still stands)
1-4 guests: R2000 per night
5-9 guests: R2000+R400 per person per night
Example: 7 adult guests
Daily amount: (2000 for the first 4 people and R400 for each extra person (3 people) )
= R2000 + (3 x R400)
= R3200 per night
An additional R500 refundable breakage deposit is required
High Season
Minimum charge is for 1-4 guests

High season includes: 15 Dec to 15 Jan, All school holidays, Long weekends and Special events
Children
Minimum charge is for 1-4 guests
Minimum charge is standard regardless if adults or children
Thereafter child rates apply:
0-2 years: No Charge
3-12 years: 50% of rate
Out of season: R200 per child per night
High season: R250 per child per night
13 years and older: Adult rate
